Obituary
Tommy was born in Corpus Christi, Texas on July 25, 1950 to John Thomas and Dorothy Eleanor Workman. He had 4 older sisters and 1 younger brother.
He married Debbie Schroller on May 30, 1970 in Odem, Texas. They were married for 34 years and had 2 wonderful children - Glenda Gene Workman and Jeremiah John Workman, his wife Carol and two grandchildren, Savannah and Kelton Workman.
Tommy worked for MoPac Railroad for 17 years. He loved the great outdoors, hunting, fishing and passed that on to his family. He was always willing to help anyone who needed it.
Tommy was a natural born leader, teaching others what he had learned; always tinkering with something he felt needed to get done. Always up for a challenge, Tommy enjoyed figuring things out and seeing his ideas come to life.
