So hard to know where to begin. My story/memories of Cameron Scott came from his Mom. She adored the ground this boy walked on. She talked about him All.The.Time. (Brian too)! We would sit on many occasions and touch base about our kids, what they were up too, how things were going in their lives. It started for me when Cam was in high school. As typical high schoolers, can't wait for that part to complete so they can 'start their life"' not really sure what that would be, but he would figure it out. I met Cam a couple times and was struck by how good looking and sweet he was. He looked so much like his Momma. As time went by, I remember Heidi telling me he went on tour and ended up in Washington and then met the love of his life, Gina. Heidi was SO happy for him. We all know how the story went from there that made its way to Texas, Heidi helping to plan Cam & Ginas wedding ( which looked amazing) and then eventually Mom moving to Texas to be closer so her heart would be happier to just be near at least one of her boys. I remember when I was young my Mom told me that it is not right for a child to pass before the parents, these words are so damn true. I knew the 3 musketeers, a very tight Trio. Although Cam has been called home, I will always remember how much his Mom loved him with absolute unconditional compassionate love that only his Mom could provide. Watch over them Cam.
With much Love,

Our deepest condolences to Heidi, Brian, Gina, Tony and the whole family. Our hearts and prayers are with you all during this incredibly difficult time. All who knew Cam were extremely blessed to know him. We will always remember his sweet nature and gentle soul, his talent as a musician, good looks, his ambition and love for his wife and family. Heidi has been a dear friend and sister to us for 20 years, so we‘ve known Cameron since he was 10 years old and watched him grow up to be an incredible son, brother, husband and friend. Heidi‘s greatest joy in life are her two boys. She loves to share what’s going on in their lives and tells the most amazing stories - beaming with pride. We have been so fortunate and grateful to know this family. Can’t even imagine how difficult things are for Heidi and the whole family, but we will be there every step of the way with support, prayers and lots and lots of love. Our prayer is that with time, all who are hurting and all who loved Cam so very much, will find the courage, comfort and strength to be able to slowly heal. And to cherish the wonderful memories and hold them very close to your heart. Always.
Love and hugs, ~Kim and Lawrence Leung

I always saw Cam’s heart through his eyes. They are a lovely eyes. When he would look at you and talk to you there was never any question if he was listening and caring. You were his focus and it didn’t matter who you were. I am a good friend of his mother’s and that made me his as well.
Cameron’s sensitive nature made him a wonderful musician. I enjoyed listening to him play at numerous venues and even heard him sing a time or two. I am sure that same nature made him an excellent bartender and manager.
But most of all I know his loving nature made him a very special son, brother and husband.
My heart breaks for his family and all of us experiencing this tremendous loss.
